We make sense of your experiences within the context of your identity, family expectations, and lived reality, so you can finally reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, clear, and aligned.

My Story: 
My journey into mental health began through my own lived experiences as an immigrant navigating anxiety, depression, and the challenges of finding my place in a new environment. Going through these experiences on my own deepened my empathy and shaped the way I show up as a therapist today.
