With over 10 years of experience in the employment sector, I understand how frustrating it can be to feel undervalued or disconnected from your work. I’m a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) and Mental Health Therapist in Ontario and Alberta, and I support individuals who are feeling lost, burned out, or uncertain about their career direction, particularly those from marginalized communities and internationally trained professionals navigating the Canadian workforce.
My approach is both practical and compassionate. Together, we explore your strengths, interests, values, and career preferences using evidence-based career assessments, reflective counselling, and structured planning. Rather than focusing only on job titles, I help you build clarity, confidence, and a career path that feels aligned and sustainable.
Our Career Alignment Program is for you if:
- You feel stuck, unfulfilled, or drained in your current role
- You know you are capable of more but feel uncertain about your next career move
- You are an internationally trained professional trying to navigate the Canadian job market
- You have faced systemic, cultural, or confidence-related barriers in your career
- You are considering a career transition but don’t know where to start
- You want a career that feels aligned with your values, strengths, and lifestyle
- You are tired of guessing, and want clarity, structure, and a plan
- You are a student and not sure what is next for you after gradution
My work is culturally responsive, client-centred, and strengths-based. My goal is to help you move from confusion to clarity, and from feeling stuck to feeling confident about your next step.
A bit about me:
My journey into mental health and career counselling began with personal experiences as an immigrant to Canada, facing challenges like anxiety and depression while navigating the school system alone. These struggles deepened my empathy for those facing similar obstacles, and I became dedicated to helping others find meaningful paths in life and work. My favourite weather is the fall. I am always eager to explore new places. The joy of discovering something unfamiliar continuous to inspire me.
