Welcome! I am Shirin; a compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual’s journey is unique and deserving of personalized support.


Life is a journey full of twists and turns, and it can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a dedicated therapist, I firmly believe in the transformative power of therapy. Sometimes, people feel overwhelmed by the idea of starting therapy. They feel lost in the options of looking for a therapist, and figuring out how it will all fit into their life.

I bring over eight years of experience providing mental health services to individuals from diverse backgrounds in private clinics, hospitals, and educational settings. I strongly believe that clients are the best experts on themselves. By integrating your expertise with mine, I guide you on your journey of self-exploration, ensuring that you feel involved and empowered throughout the healing process.

Above all, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship. I work diligently to create a warm, authentic, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to share sensitive information. In this collaborative process, you’ll actively participate in identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, and fostering positive change, making you an integral part of your own healing journey.

My practice is guided by a systemic, trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and culturally sensitive lens, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where healing can flourish.
