Welcome! I’m Sayena, a registered psychotherapist in Ontario. It takes courage to uncover or delve into our struggles, and therapy can support us in this healing journey.

I strongly believe in each individual’s strength, resiliency and power of choice. In our sessions, I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where you can share concerns that prevent one from living a fulfilled life. I believe that the main pillars of therapy are grounded in empathy, authenticity and building a therapeutic relationship. I understand that we are all unique in our experiences and each journey looks different. Depending on individual needs, I will tailor my approach and create goals collaboratively.

A bit about myself:
As an individual who immigrated twice, I understand the challenges of belonging and integrating. This has also helped me to become culturally aware and understand diverse perspectives more in-depth.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time in nature, which has always strengthened me. I love being with my family of four and enjoying a cup or two of coffee each morning.
