Is your child struggling with anxiety, ADHD, emotional outbursts, school refusal, or low self-esteem? Are you feeling overwhelmed as a parent and unsure how to help?
You don't have to navigate these challenges alone.
My name is Parminder Singh (she/her), and I am a Registered Social Worker with over 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. For the past 14 years, I have worked within the school system, helping children and teens navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, grief, school avoidance, family conflict, and life transitions.
I understand how difficult it can be to watch your child struggle while feeling unsure how to help. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where children, youth, and families feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. Together, we will work to better understand the challenges, build practical coping skills, strengthen communication, and foster healthier relationships.
As a parent myself, I understand the joys and challenges of supporting children through different stages of life. I look forward to helping you and your family build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change.
A bit about myself:
Outside of my work, I am a proud parent of two children who continue to teach me new lessons every day. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to do it alone. I look forward to helping you and your family build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
