Welcome! I am Omhani, a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) in Ontario. Starting therapy is a powerful step toward understanding yourself more deeply, reclaiming your strength, and prioritizing your well-being
As the eldest daughter of immigrant parents, I grew up navigating systems, mediating family expectations, and learning to be emotionally attuned from a young age. These early experiences shaped not only my values but also my approach to therapy: one that is grounded, compassionate, culturally aware, and focused on connecting to the self and to others.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have experience supporting children, youth, and adults through a wide range of mental, emotional, and relational challenges. In my work, I understand how deeply cultural, generational, and systemic influences can shape the stories we carry about ourselves.
I believe that healing occurs in relationships, whether this be with ourselves, our community, or the systems we occupy. My goal is to co-create a therapeutic space that honours your lived experience and equips you to live a life that feels aligned with your values.
Getting to explore different perspectives is part of why I do this work. When I’m not asking clients how they feel, I immerse myself in different POVs by reading YA fantasy and writing cultural analyses. I also enjoy running outdoors in the company of friends (or a carefully curated playlist).
