I believe life is beautiful and worth savouring. When unexpected challenges arise, it’s natural not to feel our best. We can ask for support, learn from what we experience, and find ways to live with what we cannot change. From there, we can decide what matters to us and take the next step
I’m Michel Zamora. I support couples who want to communicate more openly, work through conflict, and reconnect. I also work with individuals and teens aged 16+ who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Having moved from Guatemala City to Canada, I understand how starting over can shape your sense of identity and belonging. I welcome newcomers and anyone exploring how culture, family expectations, or life changes affect them.

Together, we will explore what you are experiencing, build on your strengths, and work toward what matters most to you.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, sharing meaningful conversations, and finding reasons to laugh together. Going to the gym, dancing, reading, and writing help me feel grounded and curious. I love exploring new cultures and places; I have visited more than 21 countries. Giving back also matters to me, especially spending time supporting children in orphanages. Guatemala City will always be part of who I am, and I’m excited about this new chapter of my life in Canada.
