As a therapist, I truly believe you deserve to feel at home in who you are, your values, and the way you inhabit both your individual and chosen cultures simultaneously, and you don’t have to struggle in silence anymore.
I utilize a strengths-based approach, which seeks to capitalize on your internal strengths, even if your strengths may not be readily apparent to you at the start of our work. I enjoy and look forward to seeing my clients feel hopeful, heal from emotional pain, and start believing in themselves. I strive to create a safe, open, and warm environment for my clients.
