Welcome! I am Ida Zarrabi, a registered psychotherapist in Ontario. I strongly believe that you are free to create a life and a life partnership that is meaningful and nourishing to you, without worrying about what people will say or feeling out of place.

I'm dedicated to helping you find inner peace and combat feelings of loneliness through compassionate guidance. In our initial sessions, we'll focus on building trust and creating a safe space where you can freely explore your concerns without fear of judgment. I'll also provide psychoeducation to help you understand the therapeutic process.

As we progress, I'll tailor interventions to address your specific goals, which may include relaxation exercises, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive restructuring. To help you deepen your understanding between sessions, you will be assigned homework assignments, and together we will adjust the therapy plan as needed.

A bit about myself:
I speak Farsi fluently and I have found that remaining connected to my roots has given me a deeper understanding of both the East and the West which I hope to integrate with integrity throughout our time in therapy together.

It’s time to see yourself, and where you come from, in a completely new light, and I am here to guide you throughout your therapeutic journey.

"Professional and personal help. We felt the gap between what we are experiencing and our own knowledge. This is an amazingly effective service with real tools to help complex problems."
"Ms. Ida has been a fantastic therapist to me. I find she is compassionate, clever, funny, and is very good at making me feel understood and accepted. I am truly thrilled that she has chosen to make this her profession as she has been able to provide me with both a safe, comforting space as well as a fantastic resource to help me better understand myself."
