Starting therapy takes courage, and I’m here to make therapy a supportive step for you. Our sessions are a safe space where we explore your early life experiences that have shaped you: family, school/work, culture, and societal norms. Everything that makes you, you!
Your life experiences leave their mark on your beliefs, values, emotions and how you handle challenges. I like looking at the bigger picture, beyond mental health symptoms and diagnoses. Our sessions will be filled with care, curiosity and maybe even a few laughs.

A bit about me – I’m Dr. Natasha Ramzan, a registered social worker/psychotherapist here in Ontario, Canada and a licenced clinical psychologist in the United Kingdom (UK).

I moved to Canada when I was ten, so I know the challenges of juggling dual cultures (Canadian and Pakistani). I’ve dealt with conflicts with my parents, experiencing self-doubt, shame, perfectionism, and anxiety. But over time, I’ve learned to balance and embrace my dual cultural identity. I’m passionate about mental health awareness, especially within ethnic minority communities.

A bit about myself:
Outside our sessions, you’ll find me making memories with family and friends, blogging about mental health, reading, hiking in the fall, and indulging in some Netflix time. Travelling is my favourite form of self-care.

"Natasha is a fantastic listener who truly cares about her clients. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and she's always willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals."
"Our relationship has transformed significantly, especially in our ability to communicate, resolve conflict and regulate our emotions. Natasha's ability to connect with us and create a safe space for both of us has encouraged us to be more vulnerable and express ourselves freely. Her use of dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) has enabled us to manage our conflict. Since seeing her, we are a much stronger couple."
"Working with Natasha has been a life changing experience. Her empathetic, non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for sharing. She helped me to develop skills to work through life’s challenges and unlearn patterns that were holding me back. I would not be where I am today without her support."
